Week 6 - Del.icio.us

I created an account on Del.icio.us which is at http://del.icio.us/kalidurga I created bookmarks for categories of questions frequently asked at Reference Desk. For example, I created a subject category for Legal Information websites. After bookmarking each website containing legal information, I added tags. I created tags to represent each specific type of legal information I might look for such as international law, municipal law, and congressional legislation. This allows me to find websites on the main subject heading and possible related categories

I now have one place I can go to from any computer I am on and find websites on information people may ask me about. By using tags that other people have used on del.icio.us, I make my websites available to other internet users and use terms in words that patrons would most likely use.
